Abbot: I see you've come in here alone. Do you think that is a good idea?

Sockpuppet: I was thinking of soloing this to post the achievement on the DDO forums.

Abbot: I understand. But I really can't be soloed with the Mod9 changes.

Sockpuppet: I have a different tactic.

Abbot: Let's just say that isn't the first time I've heard that. Before I dispatch you, do you want to tell me what it is?

Sockpuppet: Diplomacy!

Abbot: Diplomacy? Huh?

Sockpuppet: I have really high diplo and I thought I would defeat you just using diplo.

Abbot: I don't think that will work.

Sockpuppet: You are talking to me rather than killing me, aren't you?

Abbot: I suppose there is something to that. How high is your diplo?

Sockpuppet: 65

Abbot: 65? Are you serious? How did you get it that high? +15 item, sure. What, a shroud crafted item?; head of good fortune; skill boost. I don't see how you got it that high.

Sockpuppet: It's a 65.

Abbot: What is your charisma?

Sockpuppet: Um . . . 30 somethingish or maybe 40 somethingish.

Abbot: On a rogue?

Sockpuppet: Yup.

Abbot: Gimp.

Sockpuppet: What?

Abbot: You gimped your build. What is your STR or CON, like 6 or 8 or something.

Sockpuppet: Maybe.

Abbot: Gimp.

Sockpuppet: Well this gimp is going to take you out.

Abbot: Yeah, right--I can one-shot you. Ready for an Inferno?

Sockpuppet: I don't think I'd survive that.

Abbot: No, I don't think so Mr. Gimptastic Diplonator. You know what? I'm going to let you have the win here. Out of pity. And because I'm tired of Legion getting all of the Abbot achievement posts on the forums.

Sockpuppet: Thanks.

Abbot: Don't thank me, you should be ashamed.

Sockpuppet: Can I loot now?

Abbot: Yeah, here's your completion. Loot away.

Sockpuppet: Bluff for the win.

Awesome, just awesome. It's these kind of achievements that keep me playing my cleric barbarian (self-healing from the vicious damage, duh!). One day all the people that laugh at me will know the fury of a scorned gimp.
