Well I was able to get in a speak to "Jeremy" in account management services yesterday and he said that my 500 pts were awarded to my account. This is my 2nd phone call (had to hang up after an hour and 15 minutes waiting) and I have sent in 2 e*mail tickets (first one 3 weeks ago).
I went home and was hoping to do some buying @ the store and to my surprise I was still below 500 TP available to me at the DDO store (I just had my Favor awards). Do these awards over the phone take a night to get added to my account? Do I need to wait for tonight to see them?
Please dont tell me I have to wait another hour on the phone to get in and speak to someone live.
