I can definitly provide you with all of the above on Tanyaa ....

Problem is I have really no use for a con tome ( Not that I can think of off hand )

However looking for

- Bloodstone

- Planar Gird

- Tortured Livewood Bow or any greater elven / halfling bane bows

Any 1 of the above would be fine AND I would give you more than the 4 larges for the bloodstone

I am not home for a couple hours, but let me know if any of this works for you and we'll get together in game later

PS: If no one else can help you with the larges and you dont have any of the above that you are willing to part with ..... The +2 tome would come in handy next toon.
