I wouldn't apologize. You should be upset, you can be upset, and nobody should tell you whether or not it is ok to be upset. Just focus that energy toward Turbine is all.

BTW, the fanboi comments also have some truth to them. There are those players out there that will ignore all that is true just to support Turbine without actually considering the situation at hand. Good for them, they are a fan. Bad or them, thier idol is stealing from said fan.

Oh, and OP. don't go to Cryptic with Champions Online better known as Sidekicks Online. They nerf on average every 5 days destroying builds that were working. Turbine could learn from Cryptic about how to **** off your entire player base.

I agree that supporting rude people is wise. I just did not see ddosin as being rude right off the get go. He is excited, and wants to eagerly support his position and belief. As well as he should. He is defending his point from people that wish not to consider it valid. I looked past his excited state and did not see rudeness.

Been here since beta, have had an active sub with a couple month lapse to r/l issues, but even when I stopped playing a lot waiting on mod 9, I kept my sub active. I still have yet to get any TP's for being a current subscriber(?tps/length sub) and as of today 9/28/09, its been six days since my sub's monthly date of 9/22/09 has passed and still no 500 pts. So, its not just a "bug" to brand new subs, it is affecting the VIPS(at least this one) as well. Billing date is the the 22nd, but cc wasnt charged until 26th, and I waited 2 more days before I got upset.

Let's see how long it takes them to fix it.

There is a way to get attention, and this surely isn't it.

I am the type of player that never has any problems getting answers or help from Turbine officials when I need it, whether it be in-game from GM's or on the forums from devs or moderators. Occasionally I fly off the handle, yes, but more often than not I get the answers or fixes to my problems by being respectful.

Im the 1st one to slam Turbine when they screw up. But in this case, you are off base. Turbine has pulled off a massive update. They are solving problems, but there are only so many of them, to help all of us.

My concerns have always been answered. Time must be given. When I had a similar problem... I posted a thread, was respectful, and my concerns were met.

The angle the OP and a few others are taking here will garner no love from Turbine NOR many of the playerbase. You are in the wrong thread if you want resolution.

Final advice to the Big Man OP with the 5 or so posts: learn how to respect others, then maybe you wont find yourself at the end of the line.

Because the 500 points is supposed to be a "thanks for staying with us" bonus. If you haven't even spent one month subbed, you haven't "stayed with" anything.
