BLACK SCREEN ERROR W/ Steps! [Not fixed, please help] :)

Firstly. How do you do the validate and repair thing for the Turbine downloader? Do you need to have downloaded the full file? I've looked everywhere and I can only see details of how much i've downloaded.

Hi, so this is regarding the black screen error that happens after picking the server.
I HAVE READ LITERALLY EVERY BLACK SCREEN FORUM TOPIC THERE IS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO EVEN PLAY. I've tried almost everything too. The only thing I haven't done is the uninstalling the usb or mouse devices as I don't really know which ones to uninstall.

I don't know if this is the reason of it screwing it up, but I have not downloaded the whole file yet and only have up to wilderness downloaded. So I don't have the "full game" part yet.

So i don't know if I need to post it, however I have two laptops. One can run the game, and one can't.
Should I post the two dxdiag reports to compare?

I have a dxiag report posted from before in my other topic.


What happens:
Step 1: TDM, launcher shows up.
Step 2: Click play
Step 3: Shows the monk and opening main thingy and login
Step 4: Log in and choose a server
Step 5: After I press the play button, the launcher closes and a black screen pops up which is supposedly the game. The cursor is "working".
Step 6: If i click the screen or make it my main screen, there is an error which says dndo.exe (something like that) is not responding. I have 2 choices, close program, or wait for program to respond. The screen goes white.

I have not had ANY graphic problems with my laptop prior to this. I was completely devastated and am hoping to find a solution. Therefore I would be completely grateful if someone could help me look at my updated dxdiag report and help give me some advice. THANKS A LOT!
