Default Ghallanda Tools for Newbs Programme

Remember how tough low levels were as a Rogue with poor gear? Too many +5 thieves tools cluttering up your inventory? Before you sell them to the vendor for pittance consider the Ghallanda Tools for Newbs Programme!

To take part in the programme simply go to the Who list, locate a low level, unguilded Rogue (preferably one in the harbour/marketplace) and mail him/her a stack of +5 tools!

    You'll probably make someones day!

This is an excellent idea, just recently made a rog and I remember saving up for a while on theives tools, but for all those new players they haven't ever looted +5's yet, and this will help their rogs quite a bit.

3 cheers for kintro and helping new players!

You've been spying on me, haven't you? I pick the one who's name I like the best and send 'em off.

I have been doing this exact thing for weeks - no bounce-backs (yet), but its likely too soon. The tell idea is a good one, though, and I will add that to my repertoire!

Default Repait pots and cure lights

This works great for the junk loots you get sometimes also. I save up my repair pots and send them to random warforges lvl 1-3.

Any truth to the rumor that Dresek sends them warnings that their capstone is going to suck, and if they really want some Turbine love , they're just going to have to suck it up and roll a ranger?

Are you kidding me??? Cheat Death roxors my boxers!

(in all honesty, Cheat Death isn't as bad as I thought. The concept itself isn't horrible. The execution could use some work though. It's simply a self rez. In fact, the message is the same message you get on a rez. If it retained your buffs and didn't give you a death penalty, it would be pretty useful. No, it wouldn't be uber, like many of them, but it would be useful. Rogues don't need much help from a capstone anyway!)

Cheat Death is alright I personally love it just cause of the fact I dont exactly need a clr there to raise me or i can save the clr a scroll or two. So in th eend I think its a nice addition to any rogue really

    Default +5 Thieves tools

Hey, great idea. I always make it a point to put em on AH for 50-70gold pieces.....that way low level rogues can just buy em cheaply! Infact I always make it a point to put lowbie gear on AH {if its useful} for %60 of value so that other users can buy that +2 resistance cloak at level 5, etc,etc,etc.....

That's a good idea too. Anyone doing something similar should make sure to have a buyout so people can buy them while they're still useful.
