    Default subscription death???

    Wow this is a first!! My husband and I both re-activated our accounts as VIP's at around 9 PM (CST) and while playing our server argonessen went down around 4:10 am (CST), by 4:22 am (CST) both accounts we back as PREMIUM!! I've had a lot of deaths in this game but this is a first for my entire account! We have submitted a ticket for support but thought I'd post on forums too to see if this has happened to anyone else. Any insight would be helpfull! A scroll of account reserection maybe? :P

    wow, end up with less then 8 hour subscription instead of the 30 day that was paid for and nobody has a clue why? Someone please help!!

    It seems like the customer service principle of covering their eyes and saying it didn't happen is about all you're gonna get.

    Well, i just can recommend you to perhaps send email to customer server, explaining them what happened, since those issues seams to pill up it might take a while for them to answer. Really sad somehow. If you are living in the USA you could as well call them perhaps. The Email Form and the Phone Number (heard it's a long waiting to get them on line) is both in the signature of Customer Service Representative Victorie.

    Did you guys activate, then cancel to prevent autorenewal in 30 days? Apparently if you do that fast enough, the payment doesnt go through and the account goes back to premium.

    Generally if this happens, it means that the payment didn't actually process for some reason. I apologize, but I'm not able to assist with specific accounts via the forums. Check and see if the payment processed with your credit card company. If not, then you may want to log into the Account Management website with both accounts and select the option to "Get Unlimited Access" again. You can also contact the Account Management department to confirm this, for assistance reinstating and any other questions you might have.
