May I ask did you put your wraps back into the stone of change first? And then activate it after you enchanted it with the Force Critical Enchantment?

I just made them today; are you telling me that after making new force crit handwraps, I have to fix them? :P

Yes, they need to be "fixed" by putting them into the Stone and activated. Or they will not work. Try that first. If it doesn't work, then I'll have a go at making some new ones. The last set I made and worked was prior to the most recent update, but after Mod9 came live. If anything it will likely be patch then. Otherwise, it should work after you do the instructions I have given.
