First I would like to say that I am new to the game and for the time being I am only a F2P player. However thus far I really enjoy the game.

I have heard about PD guilds and how they create a greater challenge to the game. My question then is are there any PD guild looking for new members?

As a new player to DDO the idea of PD has really intrigued me. However as I can only imagine the strict rules set about by a PD guild are there any that would be willing to take on a F2P player?

The Stormreach Society RP PD guild has taken on numerous F2P members these last couple of weeks. We're a Permadeath guild that combines light roleplaying with a lenient permadeath ruleset. We have many F2P members in The Valhalla Permadeath Guild on the Ghallanda Server.

Many are doing quite well.

Yesterday we had over 70 adventurers representing about 30 people log in to the game and group.

Since we only group with guildies it is a very tight community.

Go to our website for a full details about our rules (which are hardcore) and register. Then tell any officer you have read the rules and registered and would like to join. You'll be in a group within a few minutes in all likelihood.


We have many veteran players who will take the time to work with new players.

Basic Rules:
No Rez Shrines - Rez by spell/ability only
No Auction House Use
No Buying from Brokers
No Buying Consumable Magic
Groups open quests on the hardest available setting
No PUGS, Twinking, Exploits or Spoilers
