So, I decided to try to upgrade to a VIP account using my credit card. Sitting in my house (the one on the card) with more than enough money I get Error 140000. Apparently Turbine's anti-fraud system is more of a major-headache system. Fine enough. Go get an Ultimate Game Card and try to apply the points. Everything goes smoothly on the PayByCash side but there is no option for me to change my payment method. After searching the forums it says there's a workaround if I contact Turbine. This week I have sent a couple unanswered e-mails and have tried to call 4 separate times and waited for over 45 minutes each time before giving up. I'm currently posting here as apparently one of the Customer Service reps checks the forums and I'm hoping this might be resolved so that I can get the premium content and game with my friends. If anyone has a super secret way of getting Turbine to respond please let me know.
