    Default 28 Point Paladin Build.

I'm pretty sure this is dead horse territory.

Any builds for a TWF DPS Pally? I have access to Drow if that even matters.

Do I have to use Khopesh? I've used them on my Rogue and I could use a change.

Will I have trouble hitting things since I'm only a 28 pointer?

Blahblahblahyaddayaddayada. Any other tips or comments?

    Much appreciated.

I am interested in this as well.

I'm not too fond of Khopeshes either and wonder if a TWF Paladin would be better going for STR or DEX?

TWF drow paladins are an often suggested build here. They are very useful and powerful if played well. There is no such thing as a 32 point drow, as they already get some very nice attribute bonuses. The drow actually comes out ahead of the 32 point human when starting with 16 str, dex, and cha. (split the rest, not that there's much, betwen con and wis)

I'd skip the khopesh as it's a very feat-intensive build, and drow get some bonuses with rapiers that make them competitive.

Some people like their dex based paladins, I prefer to hit things very hard.

Starting out, going Drow would be the best. For me the choice will be between Pally 20 and Pally 18 / Rogue 2. Pally 20 nets you more DPS by way of the capstone and divine sacrifice III. The rogue splash nets you evasion, UMD as a class skill and extra skill points to spend. Whichever direction you go, I would probably go with the following stats and feats.

    Overview of the build:
You will be a decent DPS build with all or most of the advantages of being a Paladin, however the lower con and lower AC will mean you will be a little squishy. This just means you will want to kill things as fast as you can, before they kill you.

    Stats
    Str: 16 (10 points)
Dex: 16 (6 points) eat a +1 tome for access to ITWF and GTWF
    Con: 12 (6 points)
    Int: 10 (0 points
    Wis: 8 (0 points)
    Char: 16 (6 points)

Go strength based and put your level ups into strength. Perhaps 3 to strength and 2 into charisma if you want to plan on divine might IV.

    Feats
    1st: TWF
    3rd: Power Attack
6th: ITWF (you will need to eat a +1 dex tome before level 6, which you can buy in the store)
    9th: Improved Crit - Piercing
    12th: GTWF
    15th: Toughness
    18th: Extend or choice

    Weapons
Fight with rapier in your good hand and short sword in your off-hand. Drow's get enhancements that you can get bonus to hit and damage with these (mostly you will want the damage ones). When higher level you might go rapier off hand.

    Skills
If going Rogue splash, focus on UMD (take Rogue at 1st for max skill points, and 2nd level of Rogue around 10th to put max points into UMD). Other skill points into the usual balance, jump and a point into tumble.

    Hope that helps

It helped very much. Thank you.

But what about long swords? I only ask this because Long swords just seem more natural for a Pally to me.
Would it still be a decent weapon?

And do Paladins get their own TWF feat? oO I was thinking I would have to sub ranger or something else to get it.

Long swords are fine, and are probably what I would use until I could get some good rapiers (good ones will be hard to find). I mentioned rapier and short sword, or rapier and rapier because Drow get enhancements to increase your to hit and damage with these.

As for free TWF feats, Paladins do not get these. Only Rangers get the TWF fighting line for free. So if you want to play a pure, or mostly pure Paladin you will need to spend three of your feats on TWF, ITWF and GTWF. That's not so bad because these feats are awesome! Before multi-classing deeper just for TWF feats, read up on the Paladin capstone and the Paladin prestige classes. The 3rd tier of each prestige class is very nice, and for this build I would go Hunter of the Dead or Knight of the Chalice. The capstone and divine sacrifice are also very nice, so it would be a tough call for me to either go pure Pally on this build or go with the 2 Rogue splash. UMD in this game is awesome! You can buy and use raise dead, heal and teleport scrolls for example (you will never walk from area to area again), and evasion is also extremely useful and lets you laugh in the face of traps, fireballs, etc.
