all world except cannith closed

i have 2 accounts one is th wifes, one is mine , mine is working on my computer..

however,

on wifes machine , all worlds are closed except for cannith...both accounts are VIP.. or whatever we are calling the 15 bucks a month deal..

does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this issue?

You're lucky at least one of them is still open! ALL of the worlds are down for me!

it's not just a matter of the worlds being busy... it's been like 4 days for her account.with cannith only access..my machine and connection is fine

Has anyone discovered anything different? I can't access any worlds. Says they are ALL closed and this is the third time i have tried downloading the game. Two full days and can't get it to play.

Help, please!!!

And even though I have a paid account - because that makes such a huge difference.
