    Default Download Problems

    I have been playing DDO for 2 years all of a sudden game won't work on my computer. I have wanted to download the High Res version so I tried that. When I tried to open the file I get a error reading configuration file, any ideas on what I can do. My firewall allows DDO and Turbine through. I finally got the game to download using the link from DDO.com, now when I try to launch I get a error : Connection failed couldn't intialize crypto api. Really need some help everyone. Thanks
