Sales and promotions on the forums

Could we PLEASE get the sales and promotions on a separate tracker? DevTracker is getting a bit spammy. I wouldn't mind a side-bar with it. Almost a third of the posts in the Dev Tracker are sales and promotions, and that is with the VERY active Broccoli thread.

Exactly. If I am interested in buying stuff from the Turbine Store or saving money while doing so, I'll come to you guys.

I don't care if it's defaulted to "on" but lemme turn it off.

I know DDO is all happy about its new store and everything, but they’re getting downright spammy with constant “sales” popping up on the site and in my Google Reader feeds like this one. I think it’s something about Turbine in general that they can’t let a week go by without trumpeting some big special or whatnot, even at the risk of overexposure and reader apathy.
