Dragonmarks for Humans? Where?

Greetings,

I'd like to look at the Dragonmarks, but I've never seen a place where a human character can take it. For reference I just started playing and only moved from free to play to VIP last night, so not sure if it's in content that wasn't available. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Dragonmarks are feats.Any time your character can select a non-class specific feat,you can take a dragonmark.

They have to be unlocked for the server you're on by doing a quest near the mailbox/auction house in the Harbour in Stormreach.

There is a quest in the harbor next to the auctioneer that you first need to complete before being able to get dragonmark feats. Once you complete it you will recieve a free respect if you ever want to switch out a feat later. This can be completed once with any new toon for a free feat but doesn't need to be repeated to get dragonmark on future characters.

have to do the quest in harbour on one character at least to unlock dragonmark feats on that server as a bonus you get a free feat respec from fred on any character who does that 0xp 0favor quest for the first time.

umm, the quest giver is Lockania, and the quest is in the Marketplace by the auctioneer, not the harbor.

Not when the OP's question was raised (09-25-2009) - It (and Lockania) were located in the harbor by the mailbox at that time . They moved it to the market area latter as they changed the harbor and market quite a lot since then.
