    Default Newbie MC help

I'm trying to decide what would serve me better both short term and end game Fight2/Wizard- or Rogue 2/Wizard-

And what kind of point spread would give me decent survivability.

Rogue seems very attractive for UMD and Ability to pick locks/disarm traps

Also trying to decide which race to be. I could always pay a few bucks to unlock drow for higher int, but it would drop my con. Warforged seems decent for the fact that end game I could have decent self healing.

Ive always liked humans for the extra skill points and feat. Though aside for that the only real benefit I can see to human is maybe the dragonmarks.

Rogue 2/Wiz * is one of the most powerful builds in the game IMHO. ESPECIALLY as a warforged, just make sure to max your INT, put some points in DEX for your OL skill, put the rest in CON, and take the Insightful Reflexes feat. Put all levelup points in INT.

    Exclamation Starting off

So I figure I'll start of as rogue at first level for the extra skills but im not sure what alignment to get, Chaotic or neutral good. Not sure whats best for a rogue its been awhile since ive gotten to really play in a PnP game where my alignment comes up as an issue.

So id start off as a Warforged Rogue Is this a good stat spreaD?
    str 14
    Dex 12
    Con 15
    Int 17
    Wis 6
    Cha 6

Only thing I can really figure out is....what feat should I get at level 1. Is mithril body a really dumb idea? Or would something like luck of heroes or an exotic or martial weapon proficiency be better?

    Default hmm

Or should I just go human and play a warforged when I have a better idea of how to do it. That may be best.

Alignment, True Neutral. TN doesn't take alignment based damage. Well, typically. But that's a discussion all in its own right.

Warforged or Human would be fine. Warforged lets you heal yourself, which is why people advocate it. Level like this:

    Level 1, Rogue.
    Level 2-9, Wizard.
    Level 10, Rogue.
    Level 11-20, Wizard.

Make sure you take Insightful Reflexes after 10, and you'll be fine. Put the maximum skill points you can into Open Lock, Disable Device, Search, and possibly Concentration, Use Magic Device, and Spot.
