Suggestion regarding Haste

Here's a suggestion, find the absolute imbecile who came up with the idea to nerf Haste and fire him or her.
What? The spell that has been in place since the game's inception, the spell that made low to mid level grind almost tolerable for veterans, The one useful spell for any caster under level 8 needs to be changed?
Sometimes it's hard to believe people actually get paid over at Turbine to squat down and squeeze out these asinine nuggets of idiocy. My days of actually leveling lowbies are now over do to this ridiculous change to the core of the game. Where's the logic? Somebody actually decided that they wanted the slow tedium in the game to take even longer? Brilliant Turbine, just brilliant. Wait 3 years to allow people to adjust to a certain game speed and then slow it down even more. Don't give me any garbage about game balance, it's been that way since headstart.
This is a horrible change. Horrible to the extent that whoever is involved with it should be embarased and ashamed. They're alienating the people that actually pay subscriptions, and in turn their salaries. They are just plain bad at their jobs.

Change it back.
