Default Weapon Procs Stacking as Intended?

Finally had some free time and went to check on the stacking effects of the newly introduced weapon proc effects. To my surprised, every single one stacked.

Cursespewing and Improved Cursespewing yield a -8 penatly.
Destruction and Improved Desctruction yield -12 ac.
Shattermantle and Improved Shattermantle yield -9 SR, despite the text on the effects.

While only the Shattermantle combo explicitly says it shouldnt be stacking (and it is, so Im assuming at least that one is not working correctly) it seemed odd enough I wanted to ask for confirmation. Granted its not terribly easy to always land and sustain all these effects on a target, but its still something that seems a bit odd.

That's some inept game development there...

I would say there was some type of miss interpretation from a design doc to coding to have them stack.

Now to wait for official confirmation...

I did not check Roaring and Improved Roaring, as both yield "Shaken" explicitly, and as a non cumulative fear effect it should just do what any other multiple shaken case does: nothing. However thats assuming its working correctly on my end, I did not have time check. If it does stack, it would render anything failing both saves Feared, same as Fearsome armor, but this is a big long shot as fear coding works perfectly fine elsewhere. I did confirm the Improved Roaring save dc at 28 though, and that it is properly non cumulative to itself.
