mouse issue, window 7

hey, so i recently installed ddo. Im currently using window 7. Everytime I run the game, window tells me that the game isnt compatible with it and in the game, my mouse goes to the top of the screen and I can play.. I tried to update my mouse's drivers and it did nothing. I tried to reinstalle the whole game and nothing changed...

Any idea what I could do ???

edit : **** nvm... ive been able to move the mouse for about 2 mins then it jumped right in the top of the screen again =.=
