At the log in I get a pop-up telling me to restart the client to get a patch for HD. Ok. How do I do that? I'm sure it is very simple yet I can't find any option for patching, there is no file check option that most mmo have.
Really would like to have the HD!

If you're getting the message at character select about there being a patch for high quality textures, try setting the "Texture Quality" option in the Options menu > ADV Graphics section to Medium and exiting out, then go back in and set it to "High" or Very High depending what it was on previously and exit one more time.

After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
