What's an attack hook?
When you attack, there is an animation.
However, for TWF, there can be more than one hit per animation (ie you're using your two hands). "Hook" refers to those attacks for which there are no animations.

So.... the attacks I'm seeing on screen account for the BAB attack chain, and X amount of them actually hit twice, where X is the number of extra attacks I'm getting for wielding an extra weapon?
