can't see the servers

Monday all was great, just join a guild life was looking up. teusday morning the new SP2 for windows vista was installed, now i can't see the the servers. I can log in just fine, just can't see any servers. Broused the FAQs and help oages for about 5 hours now over 2 days and tryed a bunch of stuff, nothing. Tryed reinstaling Microsoft.net and the hotfix, nothing there. Made the firewall allow DDO, nothing. Made the change to propertys as admin again nothing. Uninstalled the game and REinstalled it, NOTHING. Starting to get a little **** off. Would REALLY love to get back into game, was starting to have a lot of fun.

Your help needed PLEASE WITH EVERYTHING ON TOP

O I am so glade I am not paying for this game. If I were I'd be really ticked off right about now. If you guys have a tech problem and need to put in a ticket, it takes 3-5 DAYS to get a reply, not a fix just a reply. And some people are PAYING for this service, if you can really call 5 days of not playing service. Well mabe some time next week I'll get to play again, so glade I waited to start paying for this game.

Think I said as much but I have, looked and looked and come up with nothing. All was just fine till SP2 for Vista came out and I do have a ticket in.
