Is it possible to purchase Turbine Points using PayByCash.com? I don't have a credit card and penguins will ice skate through hell before I use PayPal again, so what options do I have to purchase additional content?

According to the website you can pay for monthly playtime with it. Would that count you as a VIP and get the points that way?
Alternatively, http://www.paybycash.com/options/pbc_codes.php might work. DDO is on their list of merchants who accept PBC payments. Obviously I'd get confirmation from someone who knows for sure (their customer services, maybe?) before throwing money at them.

Thanks. I was aware of the monthly playtime purchase options but I think it's overkill for what I'm looking to do - I'm not sure how far into the game I'll be willing to go, nor am I sure how long I'll play, so I'd rather just purchase the adventures as I need them.
I did not know about the PBC codes though. I'm a bit of a noob - what is the most efficient way of getting confirmation from Turbine that these will work? Submit a technical ticket? Is there a particular forum I can go to?
