Cash Shop Unreadable

Hey guys I just started playing DDO (not even at Stormreach yet) and the game told me I earned favor and some TP so I figured I'd check out the shop (after reading up about how favor works and what Adv Packs are good) but when I opened it in-game (Is there an out of game version) It was all squished and blobby like the font was size 4 instead of 12 but the images look fine aside from a little blurriness

anyone....I'd like to solve this b4 the sale on 5000 points goes away...that way I can read prices and decide if I need 5000 points...also so I can browse.

OK so because nobody seems to have the answer to this I figured I'd open a ticket in-game (hopefully there wasn't too many errors because I couldn't read what I was typing because apparently help uses the same thing as the DDO Store...anyways I got a response but now I can't read that for the same reason....so can some GM type-...if you have the time...C&P the answer here for me than plz & Thank you`

well i am no expert at all in this. but i think the store and help areas in ddo are using your internet browser.

maybe change the size of your font in your browser to a larger size then load up ddo and check out the store.

lol, at least your's has something on it. Theres a whole bunch of us with Blank DDO stores, and nobody gives a rats. I wouldn't go holding your breath waiting for assistance.

Ultimately the answer you will get will simply be change your PC around to accomodate this game.

Nah i changed the fonts on both IE and Firefox the two browsers I have but its didn't change anything I even tried to set it too size 64 and one of my more unique fonts so if it did change i would notice even if the size didn't change. Mind you it's not a total loss because I have a better font for Firefox now

Although it did change the text for the launcher's news reel.
