    Default Log in problem

I downloaded the DDO application, installed it, created an account (1 week ago). I played a lot. I have 2 days off without playing and now when I start my game client get a message: The username entered does not have an active "DDO" subscription. Please try an another username..... I checked this problem on the support page and the answer is I should manage my account on https://myaccount.turbine.com/ When I log in, I get a message: The system was unable to retrieve your account information at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. [err: 21001]

I tried it many times, but cant use my account. What could be the solution to my problem. Could you help me?

    Thanks

We are aware that we had some login issues for a period of time this morning. These issues should now be fixed and all players should be able to log in. Please note that you may need to fully close and restart your game launcher if it has been sitting open for a while.

If you continue to experience this issue, with that specific error number, please contact our Tech Support Department.
