Hi all, it appears that most people have now got over the access problems of this morning, but I'm still having issues.
I created an account on Sunday, and played on Monday no problem, until logging off for the server maintenance.
Today I tried to log in and, eventually, get the message:
"The username entered does not have an active "DDO" subscription. Please try another username."
I can't access my account on https://myaccount.turbine.com/ either. I get:
"The system was unable to retrieve your account information at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. [err: 21001] "
So I thought balls to it, I was going to re-roll anyway, I'll just create a new account. After finding it wouldn't allow me to (email address already in use) I created a new account against an alternative email.
Now when I try to log in using that account it goes through all 5 retries before giving me a different error:
"An error occurred while trying to access the billing system. Please try again."
At https://myaccount.turbine.com/ for this new account I get a different error message:
"The system was unable to update your account at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again. [err: -2] "
Any ideas / advice please?
