Where did the Log in Screen Go?

Am I missing something? I haven't been able to sign on ever since the server went down today. When I open Dungeons and Dragons Online™ - Eberron Unlimited™ shortcut it opens up the Turbine manager which is also on the task bar near the clock. It then opens a box where it would normally allow me to sign in and begin playing, but instead this box has a warforged character image with the caption "YOUR ADVENTURE STARTS NOW!" at the bottom of this box is the option to download DDO Eberron Unlimited and/or LotR Mines of Moria. I already have DDo and been playing since it came online for free. The box also has the option to browse the Tutorial. WHERE IS THE SIGN IN SCREEN?! I also tried closing turbine down all the way and restarting it... I still can't reach my sign in screen.
