I was casting the implosion spell out in the vale and noticed the scorpions constantly lighting up their spell resistance. As a level 18 Favored Soul with a 33 wisdom currently, I was very confused.
Looking at my combat log I saw the saves.
(Combat): You roll to see if your spell penetrates Fiend-Blood Scorpion's spell resistance. You roll a 5 (+5): spell resistance failure!

Unless this one spell counts things differently than other spells. It is not taking into account the spell level or wisdom. The only thing it is using is my enhancements and the feat I took. Which accounts for the +5.

If this isn't a bug. It sure looks like one.
