    Default Walking Shrine

I'm fairly new to DDO and building so I'm sure there's some improvements that could be made here. I'm playing a similar build to this at the moment (just not quite as myopic) and had a great experience using it in conjunction with a sorcerer doing tons of CC. I couldn't have healed this group without the CC and he couldn't have done the CC without my 11 uses of Divine Vitality per rest. It got me thinking about how many turns you could get in a viable cleric build.

By no means is this the max number of turns nor is this an outstanding build. But I think it has the bare necessities to be a decent healbot while at the same time having a massive number of turns per day (3 base + 7 cha + 4 extra turning feat + 4 extra turning achievements = 18 before any extra charisma from gear). It's light on its own SP's but it does have the key achievements and feats necessary to be a viable healbot for as long as the SP's hold out. With a +3 tome and a +6 cha item (not sure how common these are but I think those are the top items you normally see) the number of turns gets pushed up to 23. That's 391-874 SP's restored per rest if you act as a SP battery or 1035-3105 healing with Divine Healing if you're in a small group with only melee's.

Lastly, the order of these achievements aren't set in stone. I always gave priority to the turning feat when I was doing this build since that was the focus. Focusing on pure playability is definitely an option though so juggling things around to get the healing boosts first could make a lot of sense. Also, I took concentration and UMD as the two skills. Seems like a waste of all of that charisma to not take UMD as a talent. You would get to 18.5 UMD with no mods and +23.5 UMD with the +3 cha tome/+6 cha item.

Oh, just thought of something...if more UMD would help over the potential 23.5 you could take the SF:UMD feat instead of Force of Personality at level 18 for even better UMD.

By level 18, you will probably find that you want to use quicken for many endgame situations. Even a high concentration score cannot make up for the speed at which you will want to cast healing and the consequences of failing your heals in certain situations.

My 16th level cleric, Tyrax, on Khyber has 25 DVs and only 1 Extra Turning Feat.

This^, in so many words, is how you say time and feedback on Lamannia are wasted.

I would say that force of personality would be a complete waste on a character like this. You would already have an excellent will save from your cleric levels and wisdom modifier. Also, with 2 levels of paladin you are already adding your charisma modifier to all of your saves anyway. Like Anthios888 said, quicken would be a much better choice.
Per Cocomajobo - Ranged has easy access to AOE - apparently 3 feats, BAB 11 and Dex 19 is considered easy access these days. post here

Good suggestion on the last Feat...that was more of a filler for me there anyways.
