client_surface.dat = file source corrupted and Microsoft. Net Framework 1.1

I've been trying to install DnD onto my vista for 2 days, but during installing it comes up with this error: client_surface.dat file source is corrupted. I downloaded the standard 2.8 Gb version.

Also, i have trouble with the Microsoft. Net Framework 1.1 also.

Any help?

If you want to install .NET Framework 1.1 on Windows 7 (maybe works for Vista too)
