Excellent item, but extremely common.

I've had some luck selling them on the AH for 20k PP on Khyber - they tend to sell one time in two that you post them.

if druids ever come, this could be worth quite a bit since they can use scimmys with no penalty. as it sits now, its just a sup pot 6 one hander

As he mentioned, elven favored souls do get proficiency with the weapon, not to mention to-hit and damage bonuses. Not a bad off-hand weapon until they can wear a sup potency or devotion item.
