Turbine/DDO account Europe ?

Hey,

i recently started playing DDO and i really am enjoying it but since i wanted to become a VIP i came across a fact that i... cant' because there is nothing else except USA/mexico/canada in country billing address field.

So... if im from Poland i cant pay you to let me play more freely ? :P

Go to the payment method page on the turbine site and you can put in your cc details there and select any country from the drop down menu on billing address. Then when you go to the buy a sub page you should be able to tick a box saying to use the details on file.

However; that's if you're lucky enough to have the turbine site actually work and update your payment info with your credit card.

Please be sure that you're using Internet Explorer 7 (or IE 8 in compatibility mode) or Mozilla Firefox to view any Turbine websites. If you're still not able to add the card, please contact our Account Management department. They can add your card details by phone, or fax. If you prefer to fax, you can PM me or email the Account Management department to request the fax details.
