Wow, imagine that... I guess I should have looked here first, but I've gone and created a guild and it was my intention for it to be Sarlona's LGBT guild

Awesome. Anyone interested, just send me an ingame mail (Sylphine Magdala) and I'll get you in - mention this thread, and I'll go ahead and bestow officer status on you once you're in - we can all be founders, as far as I'm concerned.

I probably won't be in-world until later this evening, fyi - but I'll try to pop in long enough to check the lightning mail after work.

The guild is called "House Magdala" - I wanted to go with something in-theme with the game, and also not something too obvious (I'm not a rainbow-flag-waver, exactly, but it's certainly not going to be a secret that the guild is LGBT) - House Magdala seemed appropriately oblique - this way if you know, you know.

Plus, I'm also not adverse to letting in non-"family" people who are trusted friends (although this will be subject to the wishes of the other officers & members)... and this will save the few straight-but-not-narrow friends from running around with something like "GAY DUNGEON BUNNIES" over their heads.

That and while it's ok to have guilds mentioning pimps and biological functions, anything with gay in it will get the guild shut down at the very least and worst result in bans or warnings of some sort.

No worries! Once we get Cedri in (if he's not already) that'll take care of the "founders" I think.

Anyone else who wants to join up, get in touch with me, ybentiel, littlelugs, Danilor, or Cedri (once he's invited).

Fellow officers, if it's okay with you guys I'll compile a simple common-sense list of rules and whatnot - nothing too complicated, play nice and such - and will send it to you for review.

Its TOTALLY AWESOME that this is going :P I'm still gonna stay in the guild i joined for a while, until i get the hang of the game, but i fully support this.
