Searching for Logon server 20 attempts

Im getting that message just when i try to log in to cannith server, i can enter any other server without any trouble. Funny thing is my only character is on Cannith, so i cant play right now...
I have to say that previously to the last patch (last Thursday i think) i played on Cannith smootly, but after it, i wasn´t able to procced to that server a single time. When it says ¨Connecting to authentication server¨, i get that message of searching for logon server, it makes the 20 attempts, and back to the desktop...
I started a technical assistance ticket and sent my pc specs, now waiting for a response.
If any other player out there had the same issue, please i would like to get some advice to fix this problem, otherwise, i wait for a response from Turbine.

Ok, im glad to say i figured out the way to solve this issue on my own, due lack of help from devs/players...
I tried all the possible fix options, suggested by devs, etc... and neither of them worked, but this one DID:

Control Panel --- Nextwork connections --- Repair

That kinda reseted my modem (altough i when i unplugged and plugged again it wont reset) and i was able again to play on Cannith server after 3 days of that fking patch

Hi there I'm new to DDO and have downloaded all the files done all the recomended things from tech support but still can't get to the server.I am running Vista Home Basic 32 bit.If there is anyone out there who can help me it would be appreciated.I get to the searching for logon server and after 20 attempts i get kicked back to the desktop.
