wanting to upgrade to vip

Hi.
im quite new on ddo and im really enjoying this game and now i would like to upgrade to vip for more content.
is there any other payment methods for it than a creditcard? it seems my visa electron doesnt work as a cc here and i cant use paybycash to get a gtc since im from europe... i also have a few friends with the same problem. i tried searching some posts but havent found any helping ones.. is there a similiar page to paybycash that works for european players or something?
