Arr! Me thinks it would be a right swell idea, to allow VIPs to purchase any and all Adventure Packs at all times.

In fact... It might even be advisable to allow anyone, of any level, to view & purchase everything in the store (with special notifications for things that do not suit class, level, or subscription status).
