Explorer: Three Barrel Cove

Noobie here. I see that 3BC had been bugged regarding one of the explore points, so now I'm trying to figure out where to unlock that new explore point - The Buccaneer's Walkway. It's not on any maps I've seen. Anyone know?

This was the explorer point marked "Salty Wench" before. I haven't found it but plan to look around in the orc pirate stronghold. I can rule out the area of the airship, the kobold pirates, and so on.

it's in the area of the Salty Wench, you may need a jump to help climb to it.
Come out of the Wench and take a right instead of going down the ramp to the dock. There will be a broken wall just north of the cart, give yourself a small jump if your skill is lacking, then climb up to the upper deck of the town.

ah finally found it. just as you're finally leaving out the west hole in the wall, you can climb the broken part of that wall. thanks much.

BTW, anyone know where Dybesh Relix really is? 10+ trips and haven't found him yet where the map says he is, ugh.
edit: finally got him on like the 13th attempt.
