Anyone experiencing a grayed out or Disabled Dirextx10 mode on windows 7? Heres the solution

Find your DDO shortcut for the launcher, x:\programfiles\turbine\ddo\

Then right click, properties compadability mode

Tick Run as administrator

Tick Disable Desktop Composition

Go to your task tray, exit DDO, run it again.
