    Default Potions of Feather Fall

Is this already in the game?

    I don't think so.

What do people think about the idea? They could maybe have a greater and lesser version. One could be 200 gp and last one minute and one could be 800 gp and last three minutes.

I suppose that would kill some of the fun of grinding STK, but they seem to have all the other popular effects on potions already, water breathing, haste, etc.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks all

I am not against it, but I am not really for it either. I remember my first time through the game how excited I became when I pulled Feather falling boots around level 11. I remember going out to GH and not feeling stupid for having to take the long way, or drop to get around.
Besides that, once you reach end game, it seems items with feather fall drop left and right.

For new players, Korthos gives a cloak, which now lasts for 30 seconds I think.

You also have the Mummified Bat, which IMO is easier to get than the ring.

I just don't see what the need for the pots would be.

    Default Featherfall Clickie

You can get a Featherfall Clickie cloak on Korthos as a static end reward. I think its the Cannith Manufactuary quest.

It lasts 30 seconds now. They fixed FF clickies in the last mod. They are almost useful now. Ofcoarse a 'Ring of Feathers' (lv1) or FF boots (non rr lv5) would be better, but as a low level FF solution, can cant beat a the clickie.

As for the potion... I would probably never buy one since Clickies can be found for free and refresh at shrines.

    Just my thoughts.

Yeah, I forgot about the Mummified Bat as an end reward for Cult of Six. That one is rather easy to earn. I just figured since they seem to have so many other types of potions, why not that one as well.

And it is fun to grind STK.

Well, it used to be. I haven't it ran it since the changes...

    Thanks all

FF potion would seem reasonable. Dunno about 3 minutes of FF, but otherwise sounds okay.

Fixing the clickies to 30 secs was indeed one of the better fixes of recent times.
