Managing wich char unlock

Hi, i used to play DDO back when it was payed, and now im back !

I have 2 lvl 6 chars and some lvl 1-2...i´ve just deleted thoose low level ones, but i still cant acess my lvl 6 barbarian !

How can i manage wich slots i can play ?(i know that you only have acess to 2 slots if youre not VIP)

And another question, why i only got 2 chars if i was premiun once...shouldnt i got 4 slots ??

If you only have two character slots then the subscription you're playing on was probably never upgraded with a paid product key. If you have questions about this, please feel free to contact the Account Management department.

As a free player, in order to access characters above level 4, you need to purchase or find level sigils. These give you the ability to play characters at higher levels. Level sigils can be given as quest rewards in some cases.

It was paid, i´ve created my char like 2 years ago and i still have my game CD-KEY and i will contact account management. Thank you very much.

Ok, now i realized my ACC is premium but i cant still play with my Barbarian warforged.

i have 2 used slots from 4 avaliable, but dont know why i can´t play with my barbarian.

The Warforged race has to be purchased for use by Free or Premium accounts.

But i got LOTS of gold and items on my Warforged, and i want to tranfer to my Sorcerrer....will i have to BUY it just to transfer my gold ?

In order to have any access to that character (including his bags/funds) you will need to purchase access to that race. I'm sorry, as I'm guessing that's not what you were hoping to hear.

I have a similar problem :

On Thelanis I created 5 characters back when the game started. Most of them should be unlocked as they are humans/elves Ranger or Bard or Rogue. Now it's as if I have to buy one slot to access my characters, I can't pick one character to unlock among the 5 I created...

Free and Premium accounts only have automatic access to characters up to level 4. After that you have to find or purchase leveling sigils for each character.

What about my characters under level 4 on that server then? I can't play them either...

All my money and items are on my Barbarian, its unfair to lock it...is there any way to unlock only once so i can trasfer my money to another char ?
