Outstanding Fee's

My Account was stolen and charges were put onto it, there was no active creditcard on the account at the time so the subscriptions i knew nothing about were never paid for.

I have Decided to return to DDO but i do not want to subscribe with these charges still on my account as i have no idea what they are or what they are worth.

Would you be able to remove the outstanding charges so i can resubscribe?

i am hoping your able to help me in some way as i want to be a VIP again
