While premium isn't important, it would be nice to atleast be able to identify the people who are VIP, for the purpose of knowing they have access to all content and thus willing to party up and do the paid-content quests/missions. Rather than wandering around for hours, asking every player in sight if they have access to a certain dungeon or whether they are VIP.

Your best bet for grouping is to click on the Social tab. It looks like two people standing side by side. The LFM system here is VERY good and will serve you better than wandering around asking people.

Look for a group doing the quest you want and request to join.

If the party leader bothers to select the name of the quest in the LFM panel any F2p player that doesn't own the content would see a Huge "Buy Now" tab over the requested classes section.

This is currently live. There really isn't a reason to add a redundant system. Especially one with such negative draw backs.

If you don't want F2p player joining your LFM at don't have the right content take 5 seconds to pick the quest out of the list.
