Ok, when I try to click on anything in my ui, I have to click to the right and up a little of what I'm trying to click on. Anybody else have this problem?

Are you playing in full screen or in windowed mode?
I've occasionally noticed this when in window mode.
Another thing to check... make sure some other hotbar/toolbar/chat window isn't covering a portion of the icon. I make my chat windows invisible, but if they're on the top of the window stack, I can often end up clicking on them (despite being invisible) instead of the toolbar underneath them.
