    Exclamation still not a VIP

    Hello

    I redeemed the game card 4 days ago,i have sent 4 e-mails to the Account Management support

    I have waited a long time

    No response,

    Can you resolve it today please?

    I'm in the same boat. I redeemed a card five days ago. Still a free account and no answer to my emails. I'm writing the money off as a loss.

    I'm also having the same problem. I emailed support and still have not gotten a response. I also talked to support on the phone Monday and was told by Tuesday I would have my VIP. Still nothing..

    The Account Management department does have a longer than normal turn around at the moment due to the high volume they are currently experiencing. However, I put in a good word for the three of you, and you should be receiving emails with an update today.

    WOOHOO! The mighty Voctorie comes through. The customer service department must really fear his unblinking gaze. My account was fixed not long after he replied to this thread.

    I paid this morning too with a retail game card, and still no VIP yet.

    I read some people had to wait 3 to 4 days. As usual business days I guess so we dont count weekend days so probably by the end of the next week.

    I paid with regular credit card. I wonder if that matters?

    Either way, that really sucks.
