ok so this seems to be a recurring theme that i have seen. Installed the game about 4 different times and can not seem to get past the initial screen after selecting a server it just goes black and stys black. I dont reallly get an error message but when i look at the info part of the not responding close screen this is what comes up

if anybody has any ideas on how to fix this it would be nice also i dont seem to havea user pref file anywhere on my computer. Dont know why it is not creating one.
