Game Error: The connection to the server has been lost!

Hi, im new in here and im having some issues

Lets explain this step by step:

i open the turbine download manager and select play
then i put my login and pass
now the first problem, i can only login on khyber. all the other servers are green to me, but fail login 20 times in all... the only one that work with me is Khyber.
Well, logged on Khyber i create one character and click on enter
now i got a beautifull screen that say : Welcome to Eberron
and im the bottom a message: Loading... Please wait

after 5 minutes waiting i got this message:

Game Error: The connection to the server has been lost!

I tryed again lots of time... tryed to create another char... tryed to disable antivirus and firewall... i tryed everything

Whats the problem? Anyone with the same problem?

Now my problem is other

i put my login and pass, select the server, and when the intro movie start they dndclient.exe crash!

Have you tried skipping past the intro video?

When you start DDO, start tapping "enter" and see if you can get by it.

same problem here, i am on a network and i forwarded the ports for ddo, im at a loss of what to do, help plz?

just remembered, port 80 doesnt seem to be open, its the only one im having trouble with, i got a DLink DI-604UP..
