Default New VIP with a quick ?

When in a group, does everyone get their own chest? I mean, when you complete an objective, and a chest appears, does everybody get one, or do we have to sort out the loot so nobody get upset? I wouldn't want to make any enemy's or anything.

Loving the game BTW. Haven't played D&D for about 15 years, and couldn't wait for F2P. Was only playing for about 3 hours when I decided to pay.

Anyway thanks in advance for any advice and see you in the game

Everyone generates their own loot in a chest. You'll notice character names below the item names, that shows who the items belong to.

If you wanted to do so, it is possible to assign your loot to another person in the party by clicking on the arrow next to your name in the chest and then selecting the right name.

the only place sharing comes in is "bound to character" loot. If you can't use it the custom is to offer it up to people who can, often by a /roll d100 which generates random rolls and high roll gets it.

it is one chest but everyone gets their own set of random loot from it.You click on it and a list of loot pops up. You can see everyone else loot but you can't

There is the option to transfer your loot to someone else in the chest. This is helpful as there are a few items that bind on acquire

If you are full or close to full on inventory space, you may also want to reassign low-value items (gems, special arrows, etc) to other party members, particularly someone like a cleric that's been using a few wand charges or scrolls. Generous people also often do this with mneumonic enhancement potions (valuable uncommon chest loot, these potions restore some SP to the player that quaffs them)
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.
