Account Management Busy?

So is the Account Management team inundated by requests? I submitted a request/issue back during head start and haven't heard back. Since my TP purchased (and earned for playing in beta) during beta are stuck under my beta account but my old characters are under a different account it'd be great if I could use that money I spent on the same account with old formerly-VIP characters.

I was happy as hell to see this in my mail today......

"Thank you for your inquiry. We are happy to confirm that we have moved all DDO Store points from your Beta subscription to your Live subscription. This will include any free points you were eligible for, as well as any points that you may have purchased.

Please note that your Beta subscription has been canceled, and will no longer be usable to log into the game. It will no longer be visible for changes on the Account Management website either, so you won't have to select a subscription every time you log in."


BUT!!!!! when i login not only is my beta sub STILL there but i only have 500 more TP on my main sub and the beta sub STILL has all 6900TP!!!!

OMFG!! i want to pull my hair out!!! Ive waited this long to get a response but NO FIX!! UGgggg......

Update.....Now i have only 1 sub, my main...the beta is gone...BUT.......SO ARE MY 6900 TP!!!!!!

I cant stand it....another weekend with NO TP and NO high lvl quests
