DDO Store problem

I got 50 points in game... i used it to buy a shield. After it was confirmed + i got confirmation email... there was no shield... i checked all 3 bags and my bags are pretty much empty.

There is no **** support in game (no gm-s), cant send a ticket (asks for credit card info) - other areas are locked for posting...


and lookign at other posts here, i doubt ill ever get any support anyway -._-

send a ticket when it asks for the last 4 digits of credit card just put "0000"

There is in game support, to access in game support hit the esc button and click help, u can submit in game support request ticket and a DM will get back to you.

Free and Premium players do have limited in-game support options. Any player who needs assistance with store issues can contact the Account Management department for assistance.
