Now that I have had many playing hours after the release of module 9 I must say that both dungeon scaling and dungeon alert have enhanced my gameplay a good amount.
Dungeon Scaling
Prior to module 9 it was getting to a point where an average party or better could easily walk or run through just about any dungeon (quest) and not have any real fear of the monsters or mob putting up much of a fight. With dungeon scaling especially when you get to 5 or 6 players in your party the quests are once again a real challange and extremely fun to play.
I just ran a Tear of Dhaakan quest with 6 good players on elite and we had to actually strategize and plan to complete the quest (our party was on level for this quest). It was actually a lot of fun to know that the monsters could give back to us the same that we have been all along give to them.

Dungeon Alert
This is by far one of if not the best additions to the game. Almost every party I have been in since the module 9 release appreciate the way dungeon alert was added to the game. Dungeon & Dragons is all about the party and questing to improve the AI of the monsters and quests to compete near to the level of players only enhances the game.
